A trusted advisor to public and private sector employers, Melissa is known for her strategic approach to labor relations, union negotiations, and workplace compliance. Her background as a former law firm partner and deputy solicitor, combined with her leadership as a collegiate basketball team captain, reflects her commitment to collaboration, resilience, and results.
